Project Brief
The initial brief was to obtain planning permission for the demolition of the existing bungalow and to replace this with new semi-detached houses.Project Outcome
Get Planning and Architecture suggested a formal pre-application to Sutton Council to assess the viability of the project before proceeding with a Full Planning Application. The result of this discussion enabled us to confidently go forward with an application to erect two new houses.Get Planning and Architecture successfully took the project through Full Planning, including a topographical study and prepared a robust Design and Access Statement as part of a comprehensive application package.
As a result of liaison with the case officer, the efforts of Get Planning and Architecture led to an approval for the application and an increase in value of the property.
